Fable · Slate II batches B + C
Twenty drawn: tools as portraits, rank and rivalry II, Philly II, hall and heritage II
What changed: Turnbuckle, tube expander, plumb bob, stinger, rod tube rainbow, shop rocket, on the list, not that kind of rat, grinder and paint, porosity, mirror weld certified, burn rods not bridges, the first boomer, hoagie not sub, Delaware too, three-quarters from the edge, Kansas City MO, boilermaker with a degree, mud drum certified, warning: contains boilermakers. Fixes after the pass: turnbuckle text box widened, plumb-bob label moved off the rotated word, stinger line resized, rocket porthole moved off its lettering.
Why: Jeremy: do slate 2. Slate II is now fully drawn: 32 of 32.
Fable · Slate II batch A
Twelve drawn: the can second pressing + vessel paperwork
What changed: Thirteen flavours menu, align the arrows, fifteen to twenty, the 30mg outage strength, rewards code, 70 mm, the nameplate, hydro-test tag, inspected by No. 13, warranty void seal, 52-day calendar, Trainer 2024. Pixel pass: no defects.
Why: Jeremy: do slate 2. First of three batches.
Fable · in action
Seventeen placements on three real photos: his cooler, a welding hood, a stack of tool cases
What changed: Real sticker files composited with a perspective transform, shadow and the photo's light; stickers at three-to-four-inch scale. Fixes after the pass: the errand-pin strip had landed on the floor below the case, moved onto the case; a fourth base photo was dropped because it carried another city's team logo and the placement hit the shirt.
Why: Jeremy: do them all. Every drawn piece now appears on an object except the wrap (needs a can) and the grid map (a plan, not a sticker).
Fable · hybrids
Five hybrids drawn: H1 The Hall on Grok's band (with Gemini's ghost icon), H2 wrap v2 from Gemini's short line, H3 two-axis grid map, H4 Greetings from Newportville, H5 errand pins
What changed: Cross-pollinated pieces on Jeremy's 'draw the hybrids'. Fixes after the pixel pass: grid subtitle shortened to fit its card; the oval's bottom line moved up and shortened so it clears the ellipse.
Why: Each hybrid takes one seat's structural move and another seat's idea; H6 (his rat on a fake cover) waits for his say-so on using his art.
Fable · page
Concepts page live, checked on desktop and phone
What changed: Set shown big on the concepts page and the workroom home; seat comparisons added underneath.
Why: Delivery is a public URL, verified in a real browser at 1440 and 390.
Fable · set v2
Loud: thirteen pieces
What changed: The joke becomes the wordmark, one hot colour each, black keylines; fixes after the pass: placard 13 moved inside the diamond, permit line shortened to SAME GUY.
Why: Jeremy's direction: more noticeable, and the other product examples.
Fable · set v1
Hand-drawn, subtle
What changed: Four lids and the wrap, clean inside the circle; fixes after the pixel pass: longer arch on 7018, shorter 1924 chip, wider fitter chip.
Why: Proved the grammar survives a 3-inch circle with live text. Jeremy: not in your face enough.
Gemini seat (agy) · round 2
Boxed warnings
What changed: Clipping fixed with a black warning box; rim line now runs through the box; icons ghosted; the short wrap reads well.
Why: Fix-and-rerun on the exact defect list; the ghost icon and the short wrap survive into H7 and H2.
Grok seat (headless) · round 1
Badge-style set
What changed: Black wordmark band, arched text top and bottom, quiet volume; wrap unreadable.
Why: A different structure; the band survives into hybrid H1.
Gemini seat (agy) · round 1
Five lids from the brief
What changed: Recognisable grammar; warning text clipped at the cut, rim line missing, icons glyph-sized, wrap unreadable.
Why: First vendor pass; defects listed and sent back as a revision brief.
Grok seat in the operator's pane (sibling flavour)
Five flat lids, code-rendered
What changed: X-Low 3mg, Weld Mint 6mg, Hot Slag 9mg, Night Shift 9mg, Local 13 13mg; raster via a Python renderer.
Why: First rank-by-strength ladder on the table; flavour-by-shift naming worth stealing (hybrid H3).
client (upload)
Baseline: his existing lids
What changed: Three colourways of the Local 13 ZYN-lid sticker as uploaded. Everything after this is measured against it.
Why: Start from what already works: 18/80, 13mg, the white lower third with the bell.
